Equipment supplied to Exactatherm meets the following specifications:
Exactatherm became ISO-9002-94 and SAE AS-9000 registered in September, 1998 and NADCAP certified in 2005; the Quality Program Manual is also in compliance with AQAP-4, MIL-I-45208 and MIL-STD-45662 and is available for inspection through the Quality Assurance Manager.
For process and temperature control, all plants are equipped with a minimum of two hardness testers capable of standard and superficial testing and also one portable hardness tester for large sections.
In house Quality Control Laboratory is located at the head office in Mississauga equipped for the following services:

- HARDNESS TESTING – ASTM-E18
- METALLOGRAPHIC EXAMINATION
- HARDNESS PROFILE ANALYSIS
- MICRO HARDNESS TESTING
Each piece of testing equipment is checked and serviced every three months by an external source to maintain accurate calibration to national standards.
